Terms and conditions

These terms apply to anyone who enrolls in a course, pays a fee or uses the website sriramacademy.in (“website”) of Sri Ram Academy, 3rd Floor, Kanchan Tower, Main Road, near Traffic Signal, Bistupur, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand 831001 (“we”, “us”). By enrolling or paying, you agree to these terms.

1. Courses and enrollment

• Course content, duration and batch timings are as described on the website or told to you at admission. We may update content to keep it current.
• Enrollment is confirmed once the fee (or the agreed first instalment) is received and you are given a Student ID.
• Batch timings may change for reasons such as holidays or trainer availability. We will inform you in advance and offer an alternative batch.

2. Fees and payment

• Fees are listed on our Pricing page or given at admission and are payable in Indian Rupees.
• Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay) or directly by UPI. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
• Instalments, if allowed, must be paid by the agreed dates. We may pause access to classes until overdue fees are paid.

3. Student conduct

• Students must behave respectfully, follow lab rules and take care of academy computers and property.
• We may suspend or cancel an enrollment for serious misconduct, without a refund.

4. Certificates

A certificate is issued after you complete the course and any required assessment, and after all fees are paid. Certificates can be verified on our website using the certificate number.

6. Website and student portal

Keep your portal password private. You are responsible for activity under your Student ID. Website content is for information and may change without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

Our training helps you build skills, but we do not guarantee a job, salary or exam result. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid for the course concerned.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand have jurisdiction.
