No physical shipping
Sri Ram Academy provides training services. We do not sell or ship physical products.
How our services are delivered
- Enrollment confirmation: after your payment is received, we confirm your enrollment by phone, SMS or WhatsApp within 1 working day, usually the same day.
- Student login: your Student ID and password for the student portal are sent within 1 working day of confirmation.
- Classes: held at our centre in Bistupur, Jamshedpur, in the batch and timing agreed at admission.
- Study material: given at the centre or shared digitally during the course.
- Certificate: issued after you complete the course, and available to view and print in the student portal.
Delays
If you don't receive your enrollment confirmation within 2 working days of paying, please contact us with your payment reference.
