Cancellation and refund policy

Cancelling before your batch starts

• If you cancel before your batch starts, you get a full refund of the fee paid.
• If you cancel within 7 days after your batch starts, you get a refund of the fee paid minus a ₹500 administration charge and the cost of any study material already given.
• After 7 days from the start of your batch, fees are not refundable. You may instead move to a later batch of the same course once, at no extra cost, within 3 months.

If we cancel

If we cancel a batch or course and cannot offer you a suitable alternative, you get a full refund.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or money was deducted but the payment failed, contact us with the payment reference. We will refund the extra amount in full.

How to request a refund

Call, WhatsApp or visit us (see Contact us) with your name, phone number, course and payment reference. We confirm your request within 2 working days.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
