Privacy policy

Information we collect

• Details you give us in enquiry, enrollment and payment forms: name, phone number, e-mail (optional), course of interest, message, amount and payment reference number.
• Student records: Student ID, courses, progress and certificates.
• Payment details are collected by our payment partner (Razorpay) or your UPI app. We do not receive or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.

How we use it

• To reply to enquiries, enroll you, confirm payments and run your classes.
• To give you access to the student portal and to issue and verify certificates.
• To send course updates by phone, SMS or WhatsApp. You can ask us to stop at any time.

How we store and share it

• Records are kept in secure Google services (Google Sheets and Google Drive) used by the academy. Portal passwords are stored in scrambled (hashed) form.
• We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the academy (such as Google and Razorpay), or when required by law.

Certificate verification

Anyone with a certificate number can check it on our website. The check shows the student's name, course and issue date only.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons. Contact us using the details on our Contact us page.

Cookies

The website does not use advertising cookies. Your browser may keep a short-lived login for the student portal, which is removed when you log out or close the browser.
